Sourcing the top 5 best fits for each open role from your existing candidate pool, running 15-minute voice screening interviews, scheduling the interviews with your team, and writing and sending approval and rejection emails. You handle the decisions.

How is candidate data handled?

Accepted Answer

Candidate data handled through Alphie — including interview recordings and reports — is stored securely on Alphie's encrypted servers. It is never shared with, or visible to, anyone outside your company, and never becomes part of Alphie's broader candidate pool. This includes a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA), EU-region-only processing and storage, and an audit log of every Alphie API call into your ATS instance.
