1. Who we are

Alphie Recruiter ("Alphie", "we", "us") is a product of Alpha Talents LTD. We act as the data controller for the information processed through alphierecruiter.com and its subdomains.

2. What we process and why

We process the minimum information needed to operate the service:

• Account & Contact Information — name, email, account type (candidate or company), authentication tokens. Used to create and secure your account.
• Candidate profile content — CVs, LinkedIn screenshots, role preferences and answers you submit. Analyzed by Alphie to generate actionable insights, fit checks and tailored CVs.
• Company & job content — company profile, job descriptions, interview questions and outreach drafts you create.
• Usage data — feature usage, session counts and quota events used to enforce subscription limits and improve the product.
• Billing data — subscription tier and Stripe customer reference. Card details are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

3. Legal bases (EU GDPR)

• Contract — to provide the features you sign up for.
• Legitimate interests — securing the service, preventing abuse, improving Alphie's models and outputs.
• Consent — where required (for example, optional analytics if enabled in future).
• Legal obligation — accounting, tax, responding to lawful requests.

4. AI processing

Alphie uses trusted large language model providers under strict data-processing terms to analyze CVs, score fit and draft messages. Content you submit is sent to these processors solely to return results to you. We do not use your content to train third-party foundation models, and providers operate under zero-retention or short-retention modes where available.

5. Sharing

We share information only with vetted processors needed to run Alphie:

• Authentication & database infrastructure — hosting your account and content (EU region).
• Payment processing — subscription billing.
• AI model providers — analysis, scoring and drafting of content you submit.
• Transactional email delivery — account and service notifications.

We do not sell your data. We do not share candidate profiles with companies unless you explicitly apply or are matched through Alphie's features.

6. Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Generated artifacts (analyses, tailored CVs, interview reports) are retained for as long as your account exists so you can return to them. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us; account records will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, invoices kept for 6 years).

7. Your rights

Under the EU GDPR you can access, correct, export, restrict or delete your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email alexander@alphatalents.io and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local EU data protection authority.

8. Cookies

Alphie uses only essential cookies needed for authentication and Stripe checkout. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Because these cookies are strictly necessary, no consent banner is required under the EU ePrivacy rules.

9. International transfers

Data is primarily stored in the EU. Where processors transfer data outside the EU (for example, AI inference in other regions), transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Security

We use row-level security, encrypted transport (TLS), encrypted storage and least- privilege access for all systems. Suspected incidents will be reported to affected users without undue delay, in line with EU GDPR Article 33/34.

11. Changes

We will update this policy as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be notified by email or in- app.
