1. Agreement
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Alpha Talents LTD("Alpha Talents", "we", "us"), the operator of Alphie Recruiter ("Alphie"). By creating an account or using Alphie, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate Contact Information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Each account is for a single user; sharing logins is not permitted.
3. The service
Alphie provides AI-assisted tools for candidates and companies. Features and quotas depend on your subscription plan and may evolve over time.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Subscription Management; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Prices are shown in the listed currency and exclude taxes where applicable.
- Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
- Refunds are at our discretion and generally not provided for partial periods, except where required by law.
- Quotas (Sessions, messages, analyses) are consumed as documented in-app and do not roll over unless stated.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not have rights to share, or that breaks any applicable law.
- Use Alphie to send unlawful, harassing, discriminatory or spam messaging.
- Attempt to access another user's account, data, or seats you do not own.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell Alphie's outputs as a competing service.
- Use Alphie to make solely-automated decisions with legal effect on individuals; outputs are decision-support only and require a human in the loop.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. AI outputs
Alphie generates suggestions, scores and drafts using AI models. Outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before relying on them for hiring or career decisions. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to process it solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs returned to you.
7. Intellectual property
The Alphie platform, brand, code and design are owned by Alpha Talents LTD. Nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation.
8. Third-party services
Alphie relies on third-party infrastructure, payment, email and AI providers. Their availability and terms apply to those portions of the service. We are not liable for outages or actions of third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
9. Disclaimers
Alphie is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Talents' liability arising from or related to the service is limited. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).
11. Termination
You may stop using Alphie at any time and request account deletion by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; certain provisions (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable European Union law and any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
