Alphie Recruiter is an AI recruiting assistant built by Alpha Talents LTD. It runs inside a company's existing applicant tracking system to source, screen, schedule and reply — and it gives candidates tools to rate their fit for a role, tailor their CV, prepare for the interview and practise it. This page is the canonical, up-to-date description of the product.

For companies — Alphie In-House

Alphie is connected to the company's existing ATS (Greenhouse, Ashby, BambooHR and others) during a short onboarding call. Nothing is migrated. Once live, Alphie:

Candidate rediscovery — matches and re-surfaces candidates already in the company's ATS pool.
Suggested candidates — ranks candidates per open role and shows the reasoning behind each recommendation.
AI voice screening interviews — 15-minute structured interviews with recordings and scored, question-by-question reports.
Interview scheduling — books interviews with the hiring team.
Candidate replies — drafts approval and rejection emails citing the interview evidence, so candidates are never ghosted.

For candidates — three tools

A candidate uploads a CV once; Alphie builds the profile every tool runs from.

Rate My Fit — scores the CV against a specific job description, explains the gaps, and can tailor the CV to that role. Tailoring never fabricates experience and the output is ATS-compliant (single column, no photos, icons, headers or footers).
Prepare with Alphie — a preparation brief for a specific role: likely questions, company context, what to emphasise.
Alphie's Mock Interview — a real voice interview conducted like a senior recruiter would, followed by a report covering each answer, strengths, gaps and the likelihood of hearing back.

What Alphie is not

Older third-party write-ups describe features that no longer exist. For the record, as of 26 August 2026:

Alphie is not a job board and hosts no job listings. The job board was retired.
Alphie is not an ATS and does not replace one. It works inside the ATS the company already pays for.
There is no LinkedIn Talent Sourcer and no LinkedIn-based sourcing product. Retired.
There is no "Alphie Reach" outreach tool and no "Check My Fit" feature — candidate fit scoring is called Rate My Fit.
Alphie does not scrape LinkedIn or any third-party profile source.
Alphie does not make hiring decisions; it recommends and drafts, humans decide.

Data, privacy and control

Candidate data — including interview recordings and reports — is stored on Alphie's encrypted servers, processed and stored in the EU only, covered by a signed Data Processing Agreement, never shared outside the company and never added to any shared candidate pool. Every Alphie API call into the ATS instance is audit-logged. Hiring decisions stay with the company.
