How is candidate data handled?

Candidate data handled through Alphie - including interview recordings and reports - is stored securely on Alphie's encrypted servers. It is never shared with, or visible to, anyone outside your company, and never becomes part of Alphie's broader candidate pool. This includes a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA), EU-region-only processing and storage, and an audit log of every Alphie API call into your ATS instance.
