It is never shared with, or visible to, anyone outside your company, and never becomes part of Alphie's broader candidate pool or public job board. This includes a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA), EU-region-only processing and storage, and an audit log of every Alphie API call into your ATS instance. For organisations that require candidate data to never be stored on Alphie's servers at all, a zero-storage, in-memory-only architecture is available as a separate enterprise-scoped engagement.
